Processing Time All orders are processed within 5–7 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.00 on all U.S. orders, applied automatically at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 8–12 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Destinations At this time, Rustique Lily ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@rustiquelily.com with your order number and a photo of the damage (if applicable). We will do our best to make it right.
Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Rustique Lily is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. We recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly in those cases.
