Return Policy

We stand behind every piece we create. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right — fairly, and with grace.

Returns & Exchanges

Within 14 Days of Delivery: Full Refund

We accept returns for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unaltered
  • Returned in their original Rustique Lily packaging

Days 15–30: Exchange or Store Credit

Between days 15 and 30, we're happy to offer an exchange for another piece or store credit equal to your purchase value. The same condition requirements apply.

After 30 Days: Final Sale

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of delivery. We appreciate your understanding.

Item Condition Requirements

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and free of any signs of use or damage
  • Sent back in their original Rustique Lily packaging

All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival before a refund or credit is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@rustiquelily.com within the return window with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item (within 3–5 business days), we'll process your refund or store credit.
